Clients
The firm represented the lenders in relation to the financing of the massive international Lesotho Highlands Water Project, the lenders to two major toll road projects, the first major BOT project finance transactions in South Africa, one of the first prison projections in South Africa, and represented both the consortium and lenders in the first hospital project in South Africa. The firm is currently advising in regard to several further toll road projects, an accommodation project, and the Gautrain rapid rail link project.
