We have a leading corporate practice and have advised recently on some of the largest and most complex corporate transactions in Thailand. We advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, inward investment, debt and equity capital markets and regulatory issues.
Our corporate work focuses on five key sectors: financial institutions, energy, infrastructure and commodities, technology and transport. We regularly advise on large, cross-border transactions with our other offices in the region and act for large corporates and financial institutions with longstanding clients including HSBC, AIG, General Electric, Generali and Nippon Life.
