We work with our clients to develop new products as well as to manage their legal requirements in relation to the sale, purchase and financing of aviation assets. Our work includes advising on finance and operating leases; through tax leases, export credit financings, Islamic leases, securitisations and predelivery payment financing. We are strong in restructuring and insolvencies.
We have extensive experience in export credit financing and we are one of the five practices appointed to the legal panel to advise the European ECAs on Airbus financing.
