Our main areas of focus are corporate (including equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate advisory and regulatory advice); banking and finance (including project finance, structured trade and commodity finance, acquisition finance, Islamic finance, export credit finance and asset finance); dispute resolution (arbitration, litigation and regulatory investigations); antitrust, competition and regulatory; and intellectual property and technology. In addition, we advise in the areas of: energy; infrastructure; mining and metals; insurance; transport (aviation and shipping) and insolvency.

Almost all of our lawyers are Hong Kong qualified and many are also English or Australian qualified. We also have a team of US qualified lawyers. The Hong Kong team has the resources to lead and manage large, complex transactions, projects and disputes in the domestic market, mainland China and internationally.
