Drafting and implementing employment contracts for international assignments and implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to protect valuable company business information.
The first half of the afternoon session will review best practices to protect valuable business, customer/client and supplier relationships: development of global policies and procedures and cross-border enforcement of confidentiality undertakings, trade secrets, noncompete and non-solicitation agreements.
The second half of the afternoon session will review best practices for drafting and implementing 'international' employment contracts; best practices to manage cross-border transfer of executives, secondment and dual employment; choice of law and dispute resolution provisions.
