Please join us for a lunch seminar on key considerations for companies with employees travelling frequently or relocating to the United States. In addition to Ogilvy Renault's U.S. and Canadian immigration experts, our panel will include the Director of the Nexus Program and representatives from the U.S. Preclearance Inspection at Pearson International Airport.
Our speakers will review the latest regulatory requirements and new passenger screening technologies, discuss the use of the Nexus card, examine processing work permit applications at the port of entry, and recommend effective strategies for minimizing the risk of refused entry.
