Assignment of Invention
Tips:
- When the form is signed, it needs to be witnessed (or we must attest to the authenticity of the signature), and the location and date must be recorded. No legalization is required.
- There is a registration fee of $100 per Assignment form. Thus, it is recommended to have each inventor sign the same form.
- An original signed copy of the Assignment is not required. A photocopy is acceptable if it is of good quality.
