Wayne H. Yan

Biography

Wayne Yan has expertise in mechanical engineering. His practice includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications within mechanical engineering. He also prepares infringement, validity and patentability opinions.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Yan acquired experience in conducting patentability and validity searches at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. He was also a Director of the Patent Agency of Xi'an Jiaotong University (Xi'an, China), where he was exposed to the decision-making process of intellectual property management.
