Susan E. Mann

Biography

Susan Mann practises corporate and securities law with an emphasis on corporate finance. She has experience in public offerings and private placements, take-over bids, mergers and acquisitions and shareholder disputes.

In the area of corporate finance, she has advised underwriters as well as Canadian corporate and sovereign issuers in connection with debt financings in the Euro markets. Ms. Mann also has significant experience representing both underwriters and issuers in connection with Maple bond issues (debt issues by foreign issuers settled through CDS, the Canadian clearing system). She has acted for underwriters and issuers in numerous global equity offerings.

Ms. Mann practised with the firm in Toronto before moving to the London, UK office in spring 2001.
