Sophie Barry

Biography

Sophie Barry practises commercial and civil litigation. She represents the interests of corporations before trial and appeal courts and administrative and arbitration tribunals. She also acts in disciplinary cases, as well as cases concerning access to information held by public bodies.

During her studies, Ms. Barry was named on the Dean's List for three academic years and was awarded a prize for her academic achievement in the law of security. In 2004 she successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute.
