Robin Cardillo

Biography

Robin Cardillo works on large, complex litigation files, with a particular emphasis on class action litigation.  She assists counsel at discovery, mediation, arbitration and trial. Mrs. Cardillo also has extensive experience with the Court of Appeal and provides ongoing assistance in the preparation, organization and filing of Court of Appeal materials for the Litigation Group.

Mrs. Cardillo is adept in all aspects of electronic discovery and expertise in document management and database programs. She has extensive experience managing large, document-intensive matters and is often involved in cross-border litigation. As such, she oversees the training of counsel in both Canada and the U.S. on litigation software applications, assigns and oversees projects involving multiple team members, and liaises with lead counsel, opposing counsel and information technology staff as required.

Mrs. Cardillo has been a law clerk since 1987 and joined our Toronto office in 1999.
