Robert Blair

Biography

Robert Blair practises in the area of commercial, class action and securities litigation.

He joined the firm in 2008 after practising for four years at a Toronto litigation boutique. Prior to that he was a law clerk at the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto.

Before embarking on a career in law, Mr. Blair was an investment banker for nine years with two major bank-owned investment dealers in Calgary and Toronto, advising clients in the energy and utilities sectors on debt and equity underwritings and mergers and acquisitions.
