Biography
Richard Sutin handles capital market transactions and mergers and acquisitions for private and publicly traded corporations, provides ongoing corporate and securities law advice to issuers and financial intermediaries, regularly advises boards of directors and special board committees and mediates shareholder disputes.
Mr. Sutin is a member of our Executive Committee and Co-Chair of our Cleantech Team. He is a past member of the Advisory Committee to the Ontario Securities Commission.
