Biography
Rahool P. Agarwal has litigation experience in a variety of areas, including class actions, personal injury, contract disputes, defamation, restructuring and insolvency, labour and employment and intellectual property. He also maintains a professional and academic interest in constitutional law and has been published in the Review of Constitutional Studies on the issue of equality rights.
While at law school, Mr. Agarwal received the Goodmans prize in Administrative Law and participated in the Wilson Moot Competition, where he was a member of the winning team and named top oralist. Mr. Agarwal was also the winner of the 2005 Canadian National Debating Championship.
