Biography
Rachel Bendayan practises in the area of litigation and international arbitration. Recent files include a dispute before the International Court of Justice and an arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Bendayan also represents clients in matters of general commercial litigation before the Quebec Superior Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bendayan was an independent consultant and researcher. She acted for various organizations at such conferences as the G8 Summit in Evian, France and the United Nations World Summit on Sustainable Development in Johannesburg, South Africa. Ms. Bendayan speaks English, French and Spanish.
