Nicholas C. Williams

Biography

Nicholas C. Williams focuses on banking, with particular emphasis on project finance, public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, secured lending and structured finance. He has participated in numerous project finance, public-private partnership and infrastructure transactions, advising lenders, developers, operators and various levels of government.

Mr. Williams also has significant experience in asset-based lending, having acted for lenders and lending syndicates on numerous domestic syndicated and multijurisdictional financing transactions.
