Marc A. Tremblay

Biography

Marc Tremblay is Co-Chair of our Technology Team. He handles transactions involving information technology and manufacturing, negotiating various agreements for the outsourcing of computer services and business processes, technology development, licensing, systems integration, and transfer of technology.

Mr. Tremblay is also actively involved in negotiating and setting up joint ventures, in acquisitions of private companies, particularly in the technology sector, and in venture capital financing.

Mr. Tremblay is qualified as a professional engineer and previously worked for an engineering consulting firm and one of the largest mining companies in the world.
