Lise Monette

Biography

Lise Monette is our Chief Marketing Officer. With almost 20 years of experience marketing legal services, Ms. Monette oversees strategic marketing and business development programs for our five offices and close to 450 lawyers and agents. As one of Canada's top professional service marketers, Ms. Monette has particular expertise in developing client team programs, measuring client satisfaction, identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities, and building and coaching national service teams. She has spearheaded hundreds of client proposals and presentations and designed numerous client relationship workshops for partners and associates. Ms. Monette leads a team of 25 professionals responsible for branding, CRM, market intelligence, client events and media relations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Monette worked for eight years as the national marketing director for Canada's largest law firm and for three other major law firms in Toronto and Montréal. From 1984 to 1991, she served as a Special Assistant to several federal cabinet ministers, including the Minister of Sport, the Minister of Small Businesses and Tourism and the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs.
