Linda Bilodeau

Biography

Linda Bilodeau prepares the documentation required for the incorporation, merger and dissolution of corporations. She participates in the preparation of various transactions with respect to corporate reorganizations and ensures that a number of corporate minute books are kept up to date. She also conducts due diligence reviews for corporations and searches in various registers with respect to financing activities and the purchase and sale of assets. She drafts various applications for registration in the Register of personal and movable real rights.
