Kenneth L.W. Boland

Biography

Ken Boland practises corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on the law related to financial institutions, lending transactions and security, insolvency matters and non-profit corporations. In addition, Mr. Boland frequently acts as an arbitrator in commercial disputes. He has acted for a number of financial institutions and regulatory and government entities with respect to the taking and enforcement of security, banking operational matters and the Canadian clearing system.

Mr. Boland is a former lecturer at the Bar Admission Course in Ottawa on business law and a former instructor at Queen's University Law School.
