Katy Bouchard

Biography

Katy Bouchard's main function is to assist lawyers of our Litigation Group in their work. Among other things, she drafts summaries of discoveries and various legal proceedings, such as bills of costs, motions to institute proceedings for collection of debt and prior notices of exercise of hypothecary rights. She also conducts searches in various legal records and databases and indexes documents to be filed in the firm's internal databases.
