Jean Houle

Biography

Jean Houle practises employment and labour law, advising and representing a range of clients in the private, public and parapublic sectors. He also has considerable experience representing clients before the civil courts and administrative tribunals with jurisdiction in matters of employment and labour law, including occupational health and safety.

Mr. Houle acts as an employer spokesperson in collective bargaining and advises employers on planning their negotiations and their bargaining strategy. In addition, he advises clients on medium-term and long-term human resources planning and labour relations in general. He represents employers in litigation involving pension plan surpluses.
