Grant Jameson

Biography

Grant A. Jameson focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and financings for corporations, entrepreneurs, and institutions in such fields as high technology, life sciences, manufacturing, property development and financial services. Mr. Jameson is Managing Partner of our Ottawa office and Ottawa Chair of our Business Law Group.

He represents clients in large project financings, public-private partnerships and various levels of government. Mr. Jameson also represents national associations, not-for-profit corporations and charitable organizations and individuals in corporate governance and structural matters.
