Biography
Fiorella Bellissimo is a senior law clerk in our Toronto office and has extensive public and private company experience assisting lawyers with transactions ranging from tax reorganizations to mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and securities offerings.
Ms. Bellissimo also has extensive experience with corporate due diligence, formation and maintenance of legal entities, and related corporate services offered by our business law clerks.
