Biography
Evan Cobb's practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring.
Mr. Cobb worked at the firm as a summer student in 2006 and articled with the firm in 2007-2008. During his articles, he was seconded to the Royal Bank of Canada's Canadian Banking Group in Toronto, where he gained valuable experience working on a variety of commercial, employment, technology and competition matters.
