Dayle Brands

Biography

Dayle Brands registers and maintains the registration of entities under special legislation relating to consumer reporting, collections and private investigation. She also acts in the due diligence process for large transactions, particularly those involving highly regulated businesses. In addition, she handles incorporations and organizations, mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations, reorganizations, trans-jurisdictional continuances and corporate maintenance.

Before joining the firm in 1972, Ms. Brands gained considerable experience as a paralegal with several leading Montréal law firms and has been involved in most aspects of corporate law. She assists in the training of new lawyers and paralegals in the Business Law Group as well as of articling students.
