Cynthia Mason

Biography

Cynthia Mason practises in all areas of intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on trade-marks. Ms. Mason's trade-mark practice centres on providing opinions and advice on the registrability of trade-marks, prosecuting trade-mark applications and representing clients in proceedings before the Trade-marks Office and the Federal Court. Ms. Mason has also assisted in the trade-mark related aspects of numerous business transactions by preparing due diligence reports and negotiating and drafting acquisition and licensing agreements.
