Charlotte E. Conlin

Biography

Charlotte E. Conlin has particular responsibility for legal research in all areas of the firm's Ontario common law practice. She prepares opinions and provides analysis, strategy and advice to clients and other firm lawyers. Ms. Conlin also has experience in major transactions, matters of corporate governance and restructuring, as well as significant litigation, including class actions, insolvency and commercial disputes.

Ms. Conlin practised for four years as a commercial litigator in our Toronto office. She joined the firm in 1997 after completing her articles as a clerk of the Ontario Court of Appeal.
