Catherine Martel

Biography

Catherine Martel is involved in research and drafting (factums and arguments, among others) in all areas of law. She has extensive experience with Quebec civil law (including the law relating to obligations, civil liability law and human rights law), corporate, administrative and constitutional law, civil liberties and penal law.
