Catherine Biron

Biography

Catherine Biron practises all aspects of employment and labour law. She conducts research and drafts legal opinions, mainly with respect to labour relations and employment contracts, the interpretation and application of collective agreements, occupational health and safety, and grievance arbitration.

Her practice also encompasses human rights and freedoms in the workplace, labour standards, individual actions, disciplinary actions and protection of personal information.
