Andrew Bleau

Biography

Andrew Bleau focuses on securities and mergers and acquisitions, both public and private. He has particular expertise in cross-border transactions, with an ability to deal with capital markets and corporate law issues in both Canada and the United States. He represents issuers and underwriters, investors and acquisition targets alike on a transactional basis and advises reporting issuers, their directors and officers on compliance issues on an ongoing basis.

Mr. Bleau articled and practised as a lawyer with the firm until 1997. He then joined a top-tier law firm in the United States and practised in their New York and Paris offices before returning to the firm in 2003.
