Andrea Brewer

Biography

Andrea Brewer's practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Ms. Brewer is gaining experience in advising and acting for both junior and senior issuers and assisting them with various offerings and placements. She has also acted for reporting issuers on a number of matters ranging from initial public offerings to ongoing regulatory compliance. During her time at the firm, Ms. Brewer has been an integral and valuable member of teams serving clients in numerous complex acquisitions and corporate transactions. She also regularly advises clients on general corporate matters.

Ms. Brewer worked at the firm as a summer student in 2005 and articled with the firm in 2006-2007. During her articles, she was seconded to the Royal Bank of Canada's Mergers and Acquisitions group in Toronto, where she gained valuable experience working on several acquisitions for the Bank.
