Powerhouse Jim Hodgson has Entered the Building

Ogilvy Renault is pleased to announce the long-awaited arrival of senior partner Jim Hodgson. Jim, along with associates Robert Blair and Jeffrey S. Percival, joins the Toronto office Litigation Group today.
All three previously practised at a Toronto litigation boutique where Jim was a founding partner. Their arrival further enhances the depth and expertise of Ogilvy Renault's renowned national Litigation team, led nationally by Jean Bertrand and in Toronto by Alan Mark, and featuring many highly ranked business, product liability and class action litigators.
Jim will practise litigation relating to shareholder rights and commercial disputes, class actions, construction law, product liability and professional liability.
