London Office Moves to Greener Pastures

Ogilvy Renault's London office is packing its bags and moving to new and larger premises. On February 25, 2008, our London office officially moves into its new home surrounded by such landmarks as the Lloyds Building and the Gherkin. The move also puts our office closer to the core of the City's financial district.
Lawyers in our London office, which opened in 1989, provide legal advice to Canadian issuers accessing European capital markets and to foreign clients on a variety of cross-border transactions. Our London office is acknowledged as a leader in advising Canadian issuers and their international dealers in the European debt market and foreign issuers in the new "Maple" bond market.
Our London office also regularly advises on matters under English law in the areas of banking, international project finance and debt restructuring.
