Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure
Ogilvy Renault's team of construction law practitioners provides advice and representation to owners, professionals, builders and other industry participants. Our experience and team resources are focused on providing clients with guidance, at every stage, on how to advance their construction project while reducing project risks. More than forty lawyers form this practice team.
We work with industrial, institutional and commercial clients involved in a wide range of construction projects. We offer insight and expertise in advising clients on the prosecution and defence of claims as well as in devising ways of resolving disputes by means of negotiation, mediation and arbitration. We also prepare and review construction contracts, call for tenders documentation, agreements for professional services and project management agreements
