Effective November 28, 2009, Acklands-Grainger Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of W.W. Grainger Inc., North America's leading industrial distributor, acquired the assets of K&D Pratt Group Inc.'s Industrial Division, a distributor of industrial and safety products with facilities in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, St. John's, Newfoundland, and Saint John, New Brunswick.
