On July 3, 2008 Canwest Global Communications Corp. through its subsidiary entity, CW Media Holdings Inc., completed a US$312 million private offering of senior notes due August 15, 2015. Goldman Sachs Credit Partners L.P. was the sole book running manager of the transaction.
