On September 12, 2008 Patterson Dental Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Patterson Inc. (NYSE: PDCO) acquired all of the shares of Archway Distribution Inc., Arco Dental Inc. and Provi-Modern Medical International Inc. from the shareholders of such companies. The purchase price was not disclosed.
