On June 13, 2008, UBS AG successfully completed its CHF15.97 billion global rights offering in which 760,295,181 new shares were issued. The new shares were listed on SWX Europe, the New York Stock Exchange and the Tokyo Stock Exchange. UBS Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd., Morgan Stanley & Co.

International plc, BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs International, the Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, were represented in the Canadian aspects of the rights offering by Leslie Cummer and Susan Mann (London) and Christine Dubé (Montréal).
