On March 28, 2008, Intertape Polymer Group Inc. and certain of its Canadian and U.S. affiliates, a group that specializes in developing and manufacturing a variety of polyolefin plastic and paper based packaging products, as well as complementary packaging systems for industrial and retail use, entered into a US$200,000,000 senior secured Canadian and U.S. asset based credit facilities.
