The arranger was The Toronto-Dominion Bank and the other dealers for the Programme were Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, London Branch, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Lehman Brothers International (Europe), Merrill Lynch International and Royal Bank of Canada Europe Limited.
