Ogilvy Renault LLP acted as counsel to Yellow Pages Group Co. (YPG) in the acquisition of the telephone directories business of TBayTel on February 19, 2008 for $17 million. YPG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yellow Pages Income Fund. TBayTel is an independent local exchange carrier and leading telecommunications company in Thunder Bay and Northern Ontario.
