Ogilvy Renault represented Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) in the private placement of a principal amount of $250,000,000 of 4.877% Series A Debentures due May 11, 2037. The funds have been lent to Toronto Community Housing Corporation ("TCHC") to help finance TCHC's social housing projects in the City of Toronto, including the redevelopment of Regent Park and Don Mount Court.
