Ogilvy Renault represented Bank of America in a transaction in which Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings, Tandus US, and CAF Extrusion, as U.S. borrowers, and Tandus Canada, as Canadian borrower, entered into a credit agreement for a US$80 million senior secured credit facility to be made available by Bank of America, as administrative agent, Bank of America (acting through its Canada branch), as Canadian agent, and Banc of America Securities, as sole lead arranger and book manager.
