On March 31st, 2010, a group of underwriters led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc. and including HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and Raymond James Ltd. (the "Underwriters") closed a bought deal private placement offering of 4,900,000 class A subordinate voting shares (the "Shares") of GLV Inc. at a price of $8.90 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $43,610,000.
The Underwriters were represented by a team from Ogilvy Renault LLP consisting of Stephen J. Kelly, Nicholas Cerminaro and Jean-Philippe Fortin (Corporate and Securities).
