Our committed and dynamic administrative team is a vital part of our organization. This team of professionals, managers and support staff provides service expertise to help achieve the objectives of Ogilvy Renault and the firm's clients. Some of these departments include: Human Resources and Internal Communication, Information Technology, Marketing, Finance and Linguistic Services.

OVERVIEW OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS
LIBRARY SERVICES
Assists members of the firm with research and reference requests. Our Library staff are always up to date on legislative changes and are able to assist with International requests, as well as Common Law and Civil Law.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Provides technical support and ongoing training to professionals and administrative staff to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness in the use of core and/or practice-specific technologies. Our Information Technology Team implements new technologies to facilitate and improve the conduct of our business.
FINANCE
Provide support for the firm's accounting and financial services. Our Finance Team looks after the firm's payroll, financial reports and maintenance of our accounting records. Members of our Finance Team are always available to answer questions of the firm's professional and administrative staff.
LINGUISTIC SERVICES
Ogilvy Renault's Linguistic Services team offers a wide range of translation and revision services, in French and English, to all areas of business. They also provide text editing and terminology consultation services at our clients' request.
MARKETING
Our Marketing Team builds awareness and understanding of Ogilvy Renault LLP among all targeted audiences. They also build business development capabilities to support revenue and growth objectives.
HUMAN RESOURCES AND INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
Our Human Resources Team provides programs, policies and resources related to the firm's staffing needs. We value respect, fairness, integrity, confidentiality and excellence.
